Media Access/Press Passes

Members of the media must present proof of accreditation and valid photo identification to receive a Festival Press Pass. Press Passes are reserved for working editorial staff of print, broadcast, and online news media, and will be available on-site at the Media Registration Tent located on Wood Street behind the Parkway Central Library. Interview requests should be made in advance.Press Passes do not allow unrestricted access to Festival events or venues.

Accreditation Requirements

• business card with company logo and title from a recognized news organization, OR
• current masthead including name and title, OR
• current, original letter of assignment

Photography & Recording

Flash photography is prohibited in all Festival venues except by properly accredited media when cleared with Festival staff in advance or on-site. Festival programs may not be recorded (audio or video) except by properly accredited media when cleared with Festival staff in advance or on-site.
