Cecil B. Moore Branch: Located near the intersection of 23rd Street and Ridge Avenue, this branch serves North Central Philadelphia, Strawberry Mansion, Brewerytown, Sharswood, and the Johnson Homes. Formerly the Columbia Avenue Branch, the avenue and the library were renamed in 1987.

Computer Tutor at Cecil B. Moore Branch
Our computer tutor is available to teach you basic and intermediate computer skills. If you need to learn to open an e-mail account, complete an online job application, or learn to prepare your résumé, we can provide that training for you. This training is available every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended, but they are not mandatory.
