Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped: Welcome to the world of library service for the blind and physically handicapped. With the cooperation of authors and publishers, books and magazines are recorded on cassette and produced in braille and mailed free to our registered borrowers. The library also loans large print books and descriptive videos. We can provide you with information and an application for registration.
