Joseph E. Coleman Northwest Regional Library: Located in historic Germantown, the Northwest Regional was renamed in 2002 to honor the late Councilman Coleman. A metered parking lot behind the library can be entered from Greene St. at Campbell Place. Two free parking lots are located off of Maplewood Ave. between Greene St. and Germantown Ave.
