Starting a Nonprofit: Filing the Documents (Session 2 of 3)

The second of three seminars on starting a nonprofit will cover the application for 501(c)(3) status, the 1023, specifically the 1023EZ. We will discuss important related documents, such as the bylaws and conflict of interest statements, and will also review any materials not adequately covered in the first session.
