World's Youngest Automobile Driver ---

San Francisco, Cal....We aren't talking about a toy automobile. Toni Lynn Nieri, 3 1/2 years and the world's youngest automobile driver is driving an automobile that goes under its own power. The little Woodside, Calif., girl seems to be having a little trouble with the law as represented by chief of police Edward V. Wheeler of Woodside. Actually in view of the speed of the car (nine miles an hour for five hours) plus the fact that Tony is not riding on regular streets or highways, the matter of a license has been waived. The motive power is derived from a rebuilt starting motor of a regular car plus a six-volt auto battery.
