Distance Learning: The Distance Learning Project (DLP) is a statewide initiative that collaborates with Pennsylvania ABLE agencies to provide distance learning opportunities for adult learners interested in preparing for the GED test, developing their workplace skills, and/or improving their reading, writing or math skills.
