A Philadelphia Book Festival Event

The first-ever female head writer of Saturday Night Live and winner of the Mark Twain Award for American Humor, Tina Fey brought her comic timing and wit to the screen as co-anchor of the show’s Weekend Update segment before moving on to write and star in her own Emmy Award-winning television series, 30 Rock, and two major motion pictures, Mean Girls and Baby Mama. Fey has won more than a dozen awards, including an Emmy for her unforgettable guest appearance on Saturday Night Live as the 2008 Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin. Bossypants is her first book—a collection of funny and observant essays on modern life, work, marriage, and motherhood.

Ms. Fey will be interviewed by Marty Moss-Coane, Host of WHYY's Radio Times.
