Garces is the recipient of the James Beard Foundation’s prestigious Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic Award, as well as one of Food Network’s Iron Chefs. His recipes and restaurants have been featured in the New York Times, Travel & Leisure, and Bon Appetit.
