Perloo: Low Country Chicken & Rice

Cook along with Chef Valerie Erwin, one of Philadelphia's finest chefs, and learn how to make a delicious Low Country dinner--Perloo. This chicken and rice dish, served with a crisp salad, will be ready and on your table in about an hour. The menu comes from Carolina Lowcountry Geechee cuisine and was designed for hot summer nights. It will be a great addition to your stove top recipes.
