Dreaming of an island getaway? Be transported through cooking and experience a taste of the Caribbean at home! Chef Shayla will lead a plant-forward cooking class featuring the tropical flavors of the Caribbean. The whole family is welcome to join to learn tips and techniques appropriate for all ages as you prepare a healthy, delicious, and vegetarian dinnerFollow along as we prepare a dish of Coconut Rice and Peas, Fried Sweet Plaintains, Curry Lentils and a Ginger Lemon Lime Fizz. Spice up your mealtime repertoire with this easy and exciting class!
Tickets for the program are $10 per household and can be purchased via Eventbrite. Participants will receive a grocery and equipment list a week prior, for those who would like to cook along.
