Join cheesemonger and Stuff Every Cheese Lover Should Know author Alexandra Jones for a virtual cook along cheese-making lesson! We'll learn the basics of how cheese is made with a quick and easy paneer-style recipe that can be fried, used in baked goods, or incorporated into savory recipes.
Making cheese is a breeze! This paneer is made with only three ingredients: Milk, lemon juice or vinegar, and salt and you'll need just a few common kitchen tools.
Tickets for class include a signed copy of Alexandra's new book, Stuff Every Cheese Lover Should Know, mailed to your home.
Tickets for the program are $25 per household and can be purchased via Eventbrite.
Free tickets are available to individuals who are SNAP-Eligible and those cannot afford the fee right now, but will not include a copy of the book. All participants will receive a pdf of the recipe we'll use in class ahead of time.
