Meditation Club for Adults

Let's meditate together while staying apart. We will explore various modalities of meditation. Meditation has many benefits. It can reduce stress, help control anxiety, improve sleep and emotional health, and may reduce blood pressure and help control pain.
To join our group, send an email to libraryandorra@gmail.com. Please include your name and we will send you a confirmation. Once registered, you will receive a weekly email with a link to a video meditation. Enjoy the meditation and feel free to share your experience of it. We may also meet periodically via Zoom, for "in-person" meditation experiences and sharing circles.
This program will meet most Wednesdays.
