Year Up Greater Philadelphia empowers young adults, ages 18-30, to move from minimum wage jobs to meaningful careers at top companies in less than one year.
At Year Up, we equip talented, motivated young adults with the skills, experience, and support to launch a professional career in either Business Operations or Information Technology. Employed graduates earn an average starting wage of $21.00/hour, equivalent to a salary of $42,000 per year.
