Judicial Redistricting: What Pennsylvanians Need To Know
Virtual Program
In partnership with Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts, join us for an educational program about House Bill 38, an amendment to the PA Constitution that would change how we elect judges and justices to our appellate courts! With a presentation by Deborah Gross--CEO/President of Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts--learn how this judicial redistricting would work and what it means for your vote! Justice Greenspan will also be joining the workshop; her biography can be found below. Please register in advance here.
Justice Greenspan joined the JAMS panel following a distinguished judicial and legal career spanning more than three decades. She served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, 20 years as a Judge in the Trial Division of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, and more than 10 years as an Assistant District Attorney where she served as a Unit Chief.
