Healthy for Life at Your Library! (Bilingual)

Join us in fun, hands on experiences that will teach you how to:
- Be well: learn your numbers and health goals.
- Eat well: practice easy, budget friendly healthy cooking.
- Shop well: be a fearless, smart grocery shopper.
This free series will be offered on Tuesday afternoons through 3/2. Classes will be held over Zoom and will be taught by bilingual English/Spanish instructors. Each week will feature a new topic and a delicious new recipe. Plus, the first 15 participants for each lesson will receive an electronic gift card to cover grocery costs!* For more information, and to register, click here.
The Health Promotion Council and the Free Library of Philadelphia Culinary Literacy Center are proud to implement the Healthy for Life® community nutrition program, an initiative of Aramark and the American Heart Association.
*Must be a resident of Philadelphia to qualify for a gift card. Participants are only eligible to receive one gift card per week. Participants must attend a full lesson to qualify for a gift card. Please email kitchen@freelibrary.org for additional details.
