A Taste of African Heritage, celebrates the healthy food traditions of the African diaspora. Explore the rich cultural history of African heritage foods and this traditional way of eating for better health.
This six-week virtual cooking class will take place on March 4, 11, 18 & 25; April 1 & 8 and meets from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.. Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions. Please sign up for every session you plan to attend. Recipes will be available at each session.
