April 14, 3pm -- MyPlate: This lesson will teach you all about MyPlate, which is the updated “food pyramid”, that shows us the dietary guidelines to follow to make healthier food choices.
April 21, 3pm -- Meal Planning: This lesson will teach you all about how to meal plan using MyPlate as a guide.
April 28, 3pm -- Stretching Food Dollars: This lesson will teach you how to save money on groceries while still making healthier choices.
