The world and job market changed dramatically in the spring of 2020. There are millions of people whose employment status was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and, because of that, managing your job search and career is more important than ever.
The foundational aspects of a job search, like your resume, LinkedIn profile and networking remain important, but the content and your approach to finding your next opportunity needs to be reflective of the “new” work environment. This includes being effective with communicating relevant information virtually in networking conversations and interviews.
To be successful, you also need to be confident with your abilities and you need to TRUST yourself and build TRUST in others.
TRUST can be developed and strengthened with focus on the 5-aspects of the TRUST Success Model (Transparency, Results, Understanding, Simplify, Team) which will be covered as part of the program.
