Virtual
A Zoom program Presented on Thursday, January 27th at 11:00 A.M. EST. Our Guest Will Be Ms. Shanna Naider, who is both a physical therapist and a certified orthopedic specialist.
Do you hate to exercise? The truth is that thousands of people over 50 hate the very idea of it. However, to protect one’s health, ward off disease and preserve one’s range of movement, exercise is absolutely vital. That is why we are presenting this program. Ms. Naider believes that it is possible to achieve these goals without turning one’s life upside down. She believes in starting small, and building a series of little steps into one’s daily routine.
Shanna Naider brings years of experience, great personal warmth and a keen understanding of human nature to this talk.
