Chop, slice, and dice your way to creating your own bowl of bibimbap with Chef Clara Park!
Join us to learn how to “chop it up” safely and efficiently in the kitchen! Knife skills are life skills, and you’ll leave amazed at how much time and energy you can save in the kitchen by properly dicing and slicing your veggies. In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, award-winning chef and culinary instructor Clara Park will lead us in making delicious Korean bibimbap. Participants will be given step-by-step guidance on proper techniques and then practice these new skills while creating their own veggie-packed rice bowls.
Tickets are $25/person and can be purchased via Eventbrite.
