In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, award-winning chef and culinary instructor Clara Park will lead us in making delicious Korean bibimbap. Participants will be given step-by-step guidance on proper techniques and then practice these new skills while creating their own veggie-packed rice bowls.
