Join Susanna Foo, celebrity chef and library aficionado, as she demonstrates and shares some of her favorite dishes. Well known for her innovative Asian fusion-style, Susanna blends classic Chinese ingredients with French techniques in a way that embraces creativity. This class will be a combination of demonstration and hands-on activity- yes, there will be dumpling folding!- so it will truly be an evening to remember.

Tasting dishes on the menu will include*:

• Vegetable and pork dumplings
• Kung Pao chicken
• Susanna's favorite fried rice

Tickets are $30/person and can be purchased via Eventbrite.

All proceeds from ticket sales go towards supporting the Culinary Literacy's Center programs for youth, neighborhood engagement, and English language learning. A limited number of free tickets are available for SNAP-eligible families and for anyone who cannot afford the fee right now but would still like to participate.
