Join us for Sierra Club’s monthly Book Club Series! We will read an environmental/nature-focused book each month, then join together monthly to discuss reflections, socialize, and explore different parks around the city. 

In June we will read Beloved Beasts, by Michelle Nijhuis. Participants are invited to read the entire book or a few chapters of their choosing, and join this outing to meet other readers and reflect on some provided prompts. 

We will meet for an easy nature walk of about one mile on flat, grassy, sometimes muddy terrain. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Leashed dogs are welcome. This park is accessible by public transportation. 

Registrants will receive details about the event and exact meeting location in a separate email a few days before the outing.
