A martial arts instructor from Action Karate will lead us in fun, interactive techniques that help little ones gain core strength with their families.  Martial arts uses targets and full-body movements to encourage participants to explore their abilities.  For toddlers and preschoolers along with an adult.

This program will take place outside, weather permitting.
