Join us to learn about a community self-defense tool that gives every day people power in the courtroom.  Join Philadelphia Bail Fund (PBF) as we discover how to monitor, record, and hold all arraignment actors accountable for setting cash bail (which functions as a ransom) on our neighbor's freedom.  This workshop is for anyone that has felt powerless because of Philadelphia's court system, and wants to be a part of reforming our criminal justice system, or who just wants to learn more about Bail Funds, and cash bail.
