Let's meditate together! We will explore various modalities of meditation in this ongoing program. Meditation has many benefits. It can reduce stress, help control anxiety, improve sleep and emotional health, and may reduce blood pressure and help control pain.
Our Meditation Club meets weekly and these sessions will take place virtually. Please be sure to have what you need to be comfortable - loose fitting clothing and something to sit on such as a pillow, bolster or mat. If you have questions, email JoAnne Woods at email@example.com.

This program is for adults and older teens and will meet most Thursdays through July.
