Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts (PMC) presents the first session of Modern Juries, Modern Courts. Join the Free Library and Professor Nancy Marder to learn about the crucial role of jury service in promoting fairness, democracy, and justice within the legal system.
About the Speaker: Professor Nancy Marder is the Director of the Justice John Paul Stevens Jury Center and Co-Director of the Institute for Law and the Humanities. She is also the author of the 2022 book The Power of the Jury: Transforming Citizens into Jurors, which examines how jury processes transform reluctant citizens into a body capable of delivering just verdicts.
