Virtual Event - PMC Shares Workshop: Judicial Ethics & Discipline
Virtual
Learn about Pennsylvania’s judicial ethics requirements with Alicia Hickok, Attorney of Counsel at DLA Piper Law Firm. We will discuss the recusal and disciplinary processes for judges. Pennsylvania has a Judicial Code of Conduct, a Judicial Conduct Board, and a Judicial Ethics Advisory Board. This program will discuss what they each do, and what you can do if you have a concern with a judicial proceeding.
Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts is a nonpartisan nonprofit that envisions a Pennsylvania judicial system in which everyone who participates is assured impartiality, fairness, accessibility, and respect.
