Family Yoga

Join Ms. Mariah from Little Yoga Squad for an interactive session that brings families together through playful poses, mindfulness, and connection. Consider wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a water bottle. Children are encouraged to bring a stuffed animal for meditation. Yoga mats will be provided. This program is designed for all abilities.
