Framing Fraktur: DIY Sauerkraut

Join local cookbook author and food blogger Marisa McClellan for a hands on sauerkraut workshop. Participants will learn how to slice, salt, and pack fresh cabbage into a jar so that it can become a healthy and delicious jar of sauerkraut. Everyone will go home with the jar they made in class, along with the knowledge and confidence to do it again at home.
