Hiring the right talent for nonprofits is often a time consuming and unpredictable process. Recruitment budgets are tighter, and compensation and benefit packages are not as competitive when compared to the for-profit sector.
However, the nonprofit sector has a lot going for it when it comes to attracting talented people who want to make a positive impact through their work.
In this workshop, you're going to learn how your nonprofit can take control and build a recruitment process that efficiently delivers talent who not only possess the right skills, but also align with your organization's culture, mission, and values.
Everett Reiss, co-founded Jane, which helps social enterprises and nonprofits cost-effectively attract, identify, and hire the right talent. Everett also teaches career management and hiring classes and workshops for organizations that include: Drexel, PowerCorpsPHL, and Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy. Everett lives in the Fairmount Neighborhood of Philadelphia with his wife Ashley, daughter Madeline, and dog Sherman.
