Philly 311 is Philadelphia's non-emergency contact center. Philly311's goal is to provide world-class service for all our channels-phone, email, mobile, web and social media to residents of the city of Philadelphia. The Philly311 Neighhood Liaison Program is a tool for local citizens to get action for neighborhood issues and concerns.

Facilitator, Daniel Ramos is the Assistant Managing Director and Community Engagement Coordinator of the Philly311 Contact Center. Daniel grew up in West Kensington, a neighborhood crippled by drugs and violence. His upbringing created a resolve to work in the community, to get his hands dirty and find solutions from the ground up. Daniel believes in a sense of community, and is confident that a proactive, strong bond can improve the quality of life in any neighborhood.

This training will be held in the Tech Lab at Parkway Central Branch, Room 15 on the Ground Floor.

Training is limited to twelve spots per session. Please visit Eventbrite to register.
