Family Holiday Baking

Caregivers with children ages seven and up will make three different seasonal sweets while building confidence and culinary skills. We will have three dessert stations to encourage Making, Tasting and Playing. Decorate your own seasonal cupcake, make and taste edible vegan cookie dough, and play with sugar cookie dough using cookie cutters. Caregivers and children will be able to participate at all stations. This class is led by two instructors: Shayla Felton-Dorsey, a self-taught culinary instructor and personal chef with a background in early childhood education; and Keya Blackburn, a Philadelphia native with a degree in Baking and Pastry from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and a growing business focused on celebration sweets!
