Rolling Out The Dough: Pasta

Join local chef Joan Jablonoski for a pasta making and tasting class. In a group setting, you will receive hands-on instruction on how to use pasta sheeters and your own hands to create fresh pasta dough and shapes. The class will include three pastas (pappardelle, ravioli, and farfalle) with three seasonal sauce demonstrations. Generous tastings will follow. Join us as she transports your senses to a Tuscan summer night!
Joan Jablonoski is a local chef who has been teaching cooking classes in the Philadelphia area for nearly seven years. She has also been teaching cooking classes at the Free Library of Philadelphia Culinary Literacy Center for the past four years. Her unique approach to culinary instruction will make any food novice a pro in the kitchen.
This program is presented in partnership with Citizen Diplomacy International to promote a better understanding of Philadelphia's Sister City Partnerships.
