Culinary Literacy Center at Parkway Central Library

This class is the third in a series that explores physiological systems of the body by way of cuisine and anatomy. The third class will feature the musculoskeletal system. We will get the chance to taste diaphragm, tendon, and aspic, as prepared by chef Ari Miller, while physician Jonathan Reisman describes how these components work together to keep our bodies healthy.

Anatomy Eats will lead you on an unparalleled experience for all your systems. Please note: ticket prices are sliding scale; proceeds go towards the Culinary Literacy Center's free and low cost programs. Pre-registration is required via Eventbrite
