Join us for a healthy and stress relieving break in the middle of your day. Our instructor, Henry Vuong, has been studying Tai Chi since childhood. This free, 8-week program is sponsored by Friends of Andorra Library. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Stop in the branch to save your spot. Those with medical conditions should check with their doctor before participating.
