Meditation for Beginners

This workshop will give you a good introduction into the practice of meditation. Practicing 12 to 18 minutes per day is all it takes to bring a profound transformation in your life. Daily practice can bring health, dynamism, peace and well-being. This program is presented by the Isha Foundation. It is for ages 12 and up, and runs for 90 minutes.
