- How to choose a strong brand
- Trademark registration process and strategies
- Protecting your brand from infringing
Presented by Jenna Loadman in partnership with Ballard Spahr, LLP. Jenna Loadman is an associate at Ballard Spahr where she helps brands build, create, and maintain their identities. She concentrates her practice on trademark and copyright matters, including counseling, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management. She manages worldwide trademark portfolios, which includes counseling businesses of all sizes with respect to the clearance, selection, use, registration, and enforcement of trademarks.
