Falls of Schuylkill Library

This 8-week course will survey current recycling technologies and policies, with an emphasis on the recovery of value from municipal solid wastes.  In addition to addressing the recycling of glass, paper products, food wastes, and traditional common metals, special attention will be paid to plastics and technology metals recycling.

Tonight's topic is a comprehensive look at global metal sustainability.

All sessions will run from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m (March 4, 11, 18 & 25; April 1 & 8)

This program is presented by The Wagner Free Institute of Science and will be taught by Dr. Kevin Cannon, who is an associate Professor of Chemistry at Penn State Abington.
