Breath in.... and then out....
Join us for an introduction to mindful breathing and yoga. Learn how to deal with your day through breathing and stretching away your stresses. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring your own yoga mat, if you have one.
This is a family/all ages program.
