Join local chef Joan Jablonoski for a pasta making and tasting class. In a group setting, you will receive hands-on instruction on how to use pasta sheeters and your own hands to create ravioli from scratch. The class will focus on a fresh-made ravioli with a lemon ricotta asparagus filling and two sauce demonstrations. Generous tastings will follow.
Joan Jablonoski is a local chef who has been teaching cooking classes in the Philadelphia area for nearly seven years. She has also been teaching cooking classes at the Free Library of Philadelphia Culinary Literacy Center for the past four years. Her unique approach to culinary instruction will make any food novice a pro in the kitchen. Preregistration is required via Eventbrite; tickets are $25 per person.
