Your mental and emotional wellness is crucial to your development and success. While this is true, there are not many road maps that support you in connecting your inner world (cognitions, emotions, blocks) with the outer world. So where does one start? This workshop will introduce participants to wellness as lifestyle and offer proactive ways to get a handle on your life by paying attention to your mental health. Shesheena A. Bray, MS. Ed is a Boston native who has taken up roots in Philadelphia. In 2017, Shesheena started “Going Inward Wellness, LLC,” to support clients on their journey inward towards healing and self-actualization. Shesheena is a graduate of Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania and is currently a candidate for the Licensed Professional Counselor certification.
