Jam and Cocktails with Marisa McClellan and Andre Darlington

Join food writer Marisa McClellan and drinks writer Andre Darlington for an evening of preserving and mixology. Marisa will demonstrate how to make a pair of small batch, seasonal fruit preserves and Andre will show you how to turn them into tasty and refreshing cocktails. It's a great way to learn out to save the best of the season and use it to make elegant drinks for yourself and your friends. The recipes are inspired by McClellan's newest book, The Food in Jars Kitchen (2019).
This program is restricted to participants 21 years and older.
