Yoga for Stress Relief

Yoga Relax is a gentle and slow moving class. It will encourage attendees to release tension from mind and body. Participants will place focused attention on their breathing. Each movement will bring attendees closer to releasing tension that builds up physically from daily stressors.

Journey with Tracey Coretta (www.TraceyCoretta.com) as she shares five wellness workshops at the Lillian Marrero Library. Each workshop has been thoughtfully curated from her experiences as a wellness advocate, yoga teacher, natural beauty addict, and creative writing student. They’re designed to provide you with a comprehensive toolbox of information to take home with you. Open to all levels of practice including those completely new to yoga, creative writing, and natural skin care.
