Try Kundalini Yoga! This type of yoga combines breath, hand positions, eye focus, mantra, posture, and more to bring balance to the body, mind and soul. This course is for adults of all levels and abilities.
Each class will include the tune-in mantra, some discussion, a warm-up, a "kriya" or yoga exercise set, a meditation, and deep relaxation. Each session will also end with the song "Longtime Sun" and "Sat nam". This week we will focus on an introduction to Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, breath of life, mantra, movement, and asana.
We will also meet on July 25; August 1, 8, 15 & 22
