Halloween Costume Parade

Meet at the goat statue in Rittenhouse Square for our annual preschool costume parade! Show off your costumes, then come into the library for a not-too-scary Halloween storytime. Individual kids and preschool groups are welcome! In case of bad weather, we will meet in the children’s room of the library.
