Prospect Research: Finding New Donors for Your Organization

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of prospect research and how it can help you increase giving to your organization. Topics in this interactive workshop will include:
- defining prospect research
- how to conduct prospect research with limited resources
- selecting vendors and subscription services
- other tips and tricks
You will come away with the skills you need to better understand your donors and find new prospects for your organization.
Lauren Woodring is a Research Analyst at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Prior to that, she was the Coordinator of Research and Development Systems at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. She is also the Programming Director for Apra PA. Lauren holds an M.Litt in Museum Studies from St Andrews University, a M.A. in History from La Salle University, and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Lebanon Valley College.
