Are you an adult, age 60 or older, with chronic pain that lasts months or years at a time? Do you have arthritis, fibromyalgia, lower-back pain, neck pain, pelvic pain? Do you find yourself being grumpy, having negative thoughts, and feeling helpless? This workshop can help you:

- have less pain
- depend less on others
- improve your mental health
- have greater involvement in everyday activities.
Keep it Moving is a no-cost, six-week series, meeting from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. once per week. You will receive a Companion Book, Moving Easy Program CD, and a relaxation CD.
