Join Jacqueline Jones, Brûlée Catering’s Executive Pastry Chef, as he teaches macaron making in this demonstration class. Participants will learn more about this delicate dessert, including proper handling techniques. Learn how to make macarons at home and leave with a recipe to try out on your own. Tastings included.
