Yoga at the Library

Join us for an hour-long, weekly yoga class which will offer participants a judgment free space for gentle movement, quiet meditation and guided breath work. Our aim will be to decrease perceived levels of stress, and increase overall well being. This class is recommended for all ages and backgrounds, no yoga experience is necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat (and block, if you use one) and wear comfy clothing. You can work from a chair, or the floor. Just breathe....
Our teacher, Meredith Jacoby has been teaching since 1999 and curently teaches at Magu Yoga in Mt. Airy.
